Which size should I choose?
Attars come in 12 ml and 24 ml roll-ons — because attar is concentrated oil, a 12 ml bottle typically lasts 6–8 weeks of daily use. Eau de parfum comes in 50 ml and 100 ml sprays, and pure oud in 3 ml and 6 ml — oud is used a swipe at a time, so even 3 ml lasts a long while. New to a scent? What is the difference between an attar, an eau de parfum and pure oud?
Attars are concentrated perfume oils (alcohol-free) that sit close to the skin and unfold slowly. Eau de parfum is a spray — it projects more, so others notice it around you. Pure oud is the raw, precious wood oil itself — the deepest and longest-lasting of the three, used a swipe at a time.
How do I apply an attar or oud oil?
Roll or swipe a small amount onto pulse points — wrists, neck, behind the ears — and let it settle. Do not rub your wrists together; rubbing crushes the top notes. A little goes a long way.
How long will a scent last on skin?
It varies with the scent, your skin and the weather — as a guide, our product pages rate every fragrance for longevity and sillage (how far it projects) out of 5. Oils and ouds generally outlast sprays; fresh scents are lighter by design.
How should I store my fragrances?
Keep bottles upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and bathroom humidity. Close the cap after use. Most fragrances keep beautifully for 2–3 years when stored this way.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch in 24–48 hours. Delivery takes 2–4 business days for metro cities and 3–7 business days for the rest of India.
Is shipping free?
Yes — shipping is free on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹49 applies below ₹999.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
COD is available on eligible orders and PIN codes. You will see the option at checkout when it is available for your order.
Can I exchange a fragrance?
Yes — within 7 days of delivery, for sealed, unopened products in original packaging. Message us on WhatsApp +91 90055 13336 with your order number and we will arrange it.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are processed in 3–5 business days after the returned item reaches us and passes a quality check — to your original payment method, or by UPI for COD orders.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is shared on email and WhatsApp once your order ships, and is always available under My Account → Orders.
My bottle arrived damaged or leaking. What now?
Tell us within 48 hours on WhatsApp with a photo — we will replace it free or refund you in full.
